Tom founded hula design/build in 2008 with a simple idea; the upper plains should create more meaningful architecture.  Tom’s experience with various firms, from New York City to Sioux Falls, and his background in construction and project management has created a recipe for successful projects.  His interest in design, music and the arts has helped push his personal manifesto forward – let’s have better architecture in our own backyard.
